Terms of Service

Welcome to Klubby. These terms cover your use of the service during our closed beta. They're deliberately short and written in plain English so you can actually read them.

Who we are

Klubby is a tool for running the admin side of a UK amateur sports club. It's provided by the Klubby team (contact details below). During beta, the service is free to use.

Your account

You sign in with an email magic link — no passwords. You're responsible for keeping access to your inbox secure. If someone else gets hold of your email, they can get into your Klubby account, so tell us straight away if that happens.

What you can store

Only store data you're entitled to store on behalf of your club (committee member details, fixtures, finances, and similar). Don't upload data about children without parental consent, or anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing.

Beta-stage caveats

Klubby is a beta product. That means: the service may change or be unavailable at times, features may be added or removed, and — in a worst case — we may need to wipe or migrate data while we're still finding our feet. We'll give you reasonable notice before anything destructive, and we'll always let you export your data.

Cancellation

You can stop using Klubby at any time. You (or another admin at your club) can delete your club's data from the Settings area.

Liability

Klubby is provided as-is during beta. We'll take reasonable care, but you use the service at your own risk. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where the law doesn't allow us to.
